Josh Smalling grew up in Mooresville, Indiana; graduating from Mooresville High School in 2003. Not wasting anytime to continue his journey in the building trades industry; he began working in the union trades for F.A. Wilhelm Construction in Indianapolis, as he started his own company, and attending Indiana Business College full time. During his union trade days he worked in the masonry department; running heavy equipment and motorized scaffolding at places such as: Eli Lilly, National Starch & Chemical, Camp Atterbury, and Hancock County Hospital. Josh has been working in the construction industry his entire life. Even as a young man learning the value of a dollar at the age of 8 years old as he started working with his father and uncle. Learning hands on from his father, designing and building custom decks, landscaping, painting, custom homes, and several other aspects of residential and light.
