We hope that by sharing our company’s philosophy we can earn your trust and confidence in giving us the privilege of building your luxury custom home. Dixon Kazek Construction was established in 2001 by Steve Dixon and Jon Kazek. In 2010 we changed names to DKM Custom Homes, Dixon-Kazek-Morrison with the addition of a new partner Chris Morrison a long time superintendent who worked his way up the ranks to join Steve and Jon as co-owners. In October 2023 Jon Kazek passed in a tragic accident now Steve and Chris carry own the business. We are all Florida State Certified Building Contractors with experience in residential and commercial construction. We are constantly researching new and innovative building products and procedures to provide our homeowners with the latest technology and the highest quality of materials available today.
